I started my career in satellite engineering. Since then: sensor networks, robots, Android, frontend, design systems, backends, and a lot of design in between. In the AI era, generalist is probably the right word for it. Right now I'm building a dark factory for my own projects. Forgejo is the control surface. The agents have their own machines with root. Work enters as an issue, they build, they open the PR. I review and merge. Recurring jobs run weekly to keep every project fresh on its own. My design work changed the same way. Rough sketch in, agents compose the view from a design system they are not allowed to leave, audit catches the drift. Generative UI too.
