Since 2022 I've co-founded and run Tabu.hr, Croatia's salary benchmarking platform: a free salary-comparison app for employees feeds a paid benchmarking product for companies. Mostly as a one-person team, I took it from zero to ~€100k ARR and 50+ paying companies, on 80,000+ salary submissions from 25,000+ people. 70% of business clients came inbound, with no sales team.
I answer my own data questions (SQL/BigQuery) and I ship without a dedicated engineering team:
- Built our web app for individual users (Next.js + BigQuery) with Claude Code and took it to production in June 2026. A second app, for companies, is near completion.
- Running an LLM feature in production since 2024 (personalized salary advice). A model evaluation this year cut its cost from ~34 to ~16 USD/month, with better output.
Before Tabu: PM/PO roles since 2017 (telco, agency, freelance), and before that four years as a DBA. Data is where I started.
Running the company pulled me toward sales and marketing. I want product to be the whole job again, so I'm not looking for roles with a sales or growth quota.
